January 1:
Here's wishing you and yours all the best in 2012!

November 27th:
Happy Holidays! It never ceases to amaze me how quickly time seems to go by. Fall arrived and suddenly, it was over. Sarah and I spent Halloween at her folks place in Coeur d'Alene - you can see the fruits of our labor below. While there, I had the chance to go fishing on the Little North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River - thanks Pop!

Then, all of sudden, it was Thanksgiving! We had a lovely dinner at my folks house and I had the chance to play some Pinnocle. Then, on "Black Friday", Sarah and I went green instead - making use of our forest service permit, we went into the mountains and chopped down a christmas tree. While we were up there, we saw some pretty recent bear tracks in the snow (head to Sarah's blog to see some photos). We ended up with an 11' + tree - here it is! We are digging it...

I hope the season treats you well.
August 25th:
Dog Days of Summer…still really hot! That’s alright though, I’m managing to stay cool.
Bitner’s last week was fantastic! What a great place to spend an evening. Another hearty thanks to the Bitner's for having me out again and to all of the folks who watched, clapped, and drank wine (not necessarily in that order!).

My favorite part of the show:

I hope your summer has been great and I look forward to seeing you somewhere from behind the mic.
